Decatur High School Memorial Pavilion The Decatur Public Schools Foundation is creating a decorative brick pavilion in memory of Decatur oldest high school. This pavilion will surround the Stephen Decatur Statue, which is located on the site where Decatur High School stood. Alumni and their children can purchase inscribed bricks commemorating a favorite teacher, or create a lasting tribute to their family.
